I recently hosted a little tea party to chit-chat with some lovely ladies about a very exciting new project in the works. But more about that later… let’s talk dessert, people! I wanted to create a tableau of cocktails and sweets that were a feast for both the eyes and tastebuds. This is what I came up with: grapefruit martinis, a platter of fresh raspberries and watermelon, saucers of salted caramel and fluffy whipped cream, lavender hot chocolate (recipe here), cloud-like lemon meringue pie, dishes of cherry gelato garnished with berries and fragrant flowers, and lastly, a scattering of little rosebuds and stems of lavender from the garden . . . xoxo

Oooh, this is heaven! I want a nibble of everything Camille! Just the kind of nibbles I’d want at a grand opening for our beauty boutique in the future! Just beautiful!!
Oh this looks both beautiful and delicious! Every single photo is beautiful! As always :)
Wow! Definitely a feast for eyes and tastebuds!

Absolutely enchanting – and what fun to have hot chocolate + cocktails. A very decadent combination. Your lucky guests – I imagine they were all rather smitten to be able to partake in such a dainty feast.
